What does the $99/month subscription cover?
Are there any additional costs apart from the $99 monthly subscription?
Yes, a one-time top-up of $120 applies for every upgrade of filter. The first delivery and installation of the system is chargeable from $250, depending on the complexities of the installation. Additional charges may apply if there are additional works needed, such as an extra power point, drilling through a long distance, extension of water point, product stand etc.
When do I own the FreshDew Essential system?
Ownership of the FreshDew Essential system is transferred to you after completing the installment plan. For FreshDew, which starts from $1999, this period typically lasts for about 20 months with $99 monthly payments.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime after 6 months of subscription. However, uninstallation charges will apply.
What should I do if I need servicing or encounter issues with the system?
You can contact our service hotline for prompt assistance with any issues related to the system.
Can I avail the lease-to-own option for other products as well, and how would it affect the duration of the lease period?

How often do I need to replace the filters?
Filter replacement frequency depends on your usage and water quality. Generally the strong commercial grade filters we input would last a good 12-15 months before change. The sediment filter will change color to indicate too.
